Leg Press

How to do it

  1. Sit in the leg press machine with your back against the pad.
  2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
  3. Release the safety and lower the platform by bending your knees.
  4. Lower until your knees are at about 90 degrees.
  5. Press the platform back up by extending your legs.
  6. Do not lock your knees completely at the top.
