Leg Curl Machine (Seated)
How to do it
- Lie face down on the leg curl machine with the pad above your heels.
- Grip the handles and keep your hips on the bench.
- Curl your heels toward your glutes.
- Squeeze your hamstrings at the top.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Avoid lifting your hips off the bench.
