Lat Pullover
How to do it
- Stand facing a cable machine with the pulley set to the highest position.
- Grasp the bar or rope attachment with both hands, arms extended overhead.
- Keeping your arms mostly straight with a slight bend in the elbows, pull the weight down in an arc toward your thighs.
- Squeeze your lats at the bottom of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Keep your core braced and avoid excessive leaning.
