Lat Pulldown Machine (Wide Grip)
How to do it
- Sit at the lat pulldown machine and grip the bar wider than shoulder-width.
- Pull the bar down to your upper chest, leaning back slightly.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom.
- Slowly return the bar to the starting position.
- Keep your core engaged and avoid leaning too far back.
- Focus on pulling with your back, not your arms.
