Lat Pulldown Machine (Close Grip)

How to do it

  1. Sit at the lat pulldown machine and grip the bar wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Pull the bar down to your upper chest, leaning back slightly.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom.
  4. Slowly return the bar to the starting position.
  5. Keep your core engaged and avoid leaning too far back.
  6. Focus on pulling with your back, not your arms.
