Strength exercise
Kettlebell Suitcase Carry
How to do it
- Stand next to a kettlebell placed by the side of the foot and hinge down to grip the handle with one hand.
- Stand up tall with feet hip width apart, letting the kettlebell hang straight down like a suitcase at the side.
- Brace the core hard against the one sided load, keeping the torso upright without leaning toward the kettlebell.
- Walk forward with slow, deliberate steps, keeping the hips and shoulders square and level throughout.
- Breathe steadily and keep the forearm grip locked while resisting any side bend at the waist.
- Switch the kettlebell to the opposite hand at the halfway point to load the other side evenly.
