Strength exercise
Kettlebell Rack Carry
How to do it
- Clean a kettlebell to the shoulder so the bell rests against the upper arm and the elbow tucks close to the ribs.
- Grip the handle firmly and keep the wrist straight, letting the forearm support the bell in the rack position.
- Brace the core and stand tall before walking forward with a natural, steady stride.
- Keep the shoulder packed down and resist leaning away from the loaded side as the core stabilizes the torso.
- Breathe in a steady rhythm and keep the elbow anchored against the ribs for the full distance.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the floor under control at the finish rather than letting it swing down.
