Kettlebell Goblet Squat
How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell by the horns close to your chest with both hands.
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width and toes turned out slightly.
- Brace your core and squat down, letting your elbows track between your knees.
- Lower until your hips drop below knee level, keeping the kettlebell steady against your chest.
- Drive through your heels to return to standing, extending through the quadriceps and glutes.
- Inhale on the descent, exhale on the drive up, keeping the torso upright throughout.
