Kettlebell Goblet Squat

How to do it

  1. Hold a kettlebell by the horns close to your chest with both hands.
  2. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width and toes turned out slightly.
  3. Brace your core and squat down, letting your elbows track between your knees.
  4. Lower until your hips drop below knee level, keeping the kettlebell steady against your chest.
  5. Drive through your heels to return to standing, extending through the quadriceps and glutes.
  6. Inhale on the descent, exhale on the drive up, keeping the torso upright throughout.
