Strength exercise

Kettlebell Curl (Double)

How to do it

  1. Stand holding a kettlebell by the horn in each hand at your sides with an underhand grip, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Let both kettlebells hang at a full stretch to start, keeping your elbows close to your ribs.
  3. Brace your core and keep your torso upright without rocking back to assist the lift.
  4. Curl both kettlebells up toward your shoulders together, squeezing the biceps hard at the top of each rep.
  5. Exhale as you curl up and inhale as you lower both kettlebells back down under control.
  6. Keep both elbows still and pinned to your sides; swinging them forward turns the curl into a front raise.
