Strength exercise
Kettlebell Curl (Double)
How to do it
- Stand holding a kettlebell by the horn in each hand at your sides with an underhand grip, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Let both kettlebells hang at a full stretch to start, keeping your elbows close to your ribs.
- Brace your core and keep your torso upright without rocking back to assist the lift.
- Curl both kettlebells up toward your shoulders together, squeezing the biceps hard at the top of each rep.
- Exhale as you curl up and inhale as you lower both kettlebells back down under control.
- Keep both elbows still and pinned to your sides; swinging them forward turns the curl into a front raise.
