IT Band Stretch
How to do it
- Stand tall beside a wall or sturdy support and hold it lightly for balance.
- Cross the leg farther from the support behind the near leg, stacking the feet.
- Lean your hips sideways toward the support while reaching the same-side arm overhead.
- Shift only until you feel a stretch along the outside of the hip and thigh of the crossed-back leg.
- Breathe slowly and hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Return upright with control and switch sides.
