Humble Row
How to do it
- Set an incline bench to approximately 30-45 degrees.
- Lie face down with your lower chest pinned against the top of the bench.
- Hold dumbbells hanging straight down with a neutral grip.
- Row the dumbbells up toward your hips.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to full extension.
