Hamstring Stretch (Lying)
How to do it
- Lie on your back on a mat with both legs extended flat on the floor.
- Bend one knee toward your chest and clasp both hands behind the thigh or calf of that leg.
- Straighten the knee as much as feels controlled while keeping the opposite leg flat on the floor.
- Draw the leg gently closer only until you feel a stretch along the back of the thigh.
- Breathe slowly and hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Release the leg back down with control and switch sides.
