Hammer Curl
How to do it
- Stand or sit with proper posture, holding the weight.
- Keep your elbows close to your body.
- Curl the weight up by contracting the target muscle.
- Squeeze at the top of the movement.
- Lower the weight back down with control.
- Avoid using momentum or swinging.
