EZ Bar Supinated Curl
How to do it
- Stand holding an EZ bar with a supinated (underhand) grip on the inner angled handles.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides.
- Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the bar back to full extension.
- Avoid leaning back or using momentum.
