Dumbbell Wrist Curl

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench and rest your forearms on your thighs with your palms facing up.
  2. Let a dumbbell hang in each hand and allow your wrists to extend fully.
  3. Curl the dumbbells upward by flexing only your wrists.
  4. Squeeze your forearm flexors at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the weight slowly until you feel a stretch in your forearms.
  6. Keep your forearms pinned to your thighs throughout.
