Dumbbell Lat Pullover
How to do it
- Lie across a flat bench with your upper back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands above your chest, arms slightly bent.
- Lower the weight in an arc behind your head, feeling a deep stretch in the lats.
- Pull the weight back over your chest by engaging the lats.
- Keep your hips low and core braced throughout.
- Focus on the lat contraction rather than using the chest.
