Bicep Static Stretch
How to do it
- Stand facing away from a wall or doorframe.
- Place your palm flat against the surface at shoulder height with fingers pointing away.
- Slowly rotate your body away from the wall until you feel a stretch in the bicep.
- Hold the stretch at the point of mild tension, not pain.
- Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch.
- Repeat on the other side.
