Bicep Static Stretch

How to do it

  1. Stand facing away from a wall or doorframe.
  2. Place your palm flat against the surface at shoulder height with fingers pointing away.
  3. Slowly rotate your body away from the wall until you feel a stretch in the bicep.
  4. Hold the stretch at the point of mild tension, not pain.
  5. Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch.
  6. Repeat on the other side.
