Strength exercise
Triple Jump
How to do it
- Stand at the starting line with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Explode forward off one foot into a hop, landing on that same foot.
- Immediately step forward onto the opposite foot, driving the arms forward for momentum.
- Push off that foot into a final jump, landing on both feet with knees bent to absorb the impact.
- Exhale forcefully through each takeoff and inhale briefly between phases.
- Reset fully between attempts, avoiding rushing the transitions before balance is regained.
