Tempo Standing Calf Raise
How to do it
- Set up in a standing calf raise machine.
- Raise up onto your toes with a 2-second concentric.
- Hold the top position for 1-2 seconds.
- Slowly lower your heels over 3-4 seconds.
- Pause at the bottom stretched position for 1-2 seconds.
- The prescribed tempo increases time under tension for calf growth.
