Landmine Row

How to do it

  1. Load one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment and stand square to the loaded end in a staggered stance.
  2. Hinge forward from the hips to about 45 degrees, gripping the bar close to the sleeve with one or both hands.
  3. Keep the back flat and the core braced as the starting position is set.
  4. Pull the bar up toward the ribs, leading with the elbow to drive the back muscles and biceps.
  5. Lower the bar back down under control until the arm is fully extended.
  6. Avoid twisting the torso to help lift the bar higher.
