High Incline Smith Machine Press
How to do it
- Set an adjustable bench to a high incline (around 60 degrees) inside the Smith machine.
- Sit back on the bench and grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Unrack the bar and lower it to your upper chest with control.
- Press the bar back up to full lockout.
- Keep your shoulder blades retracted and feet flat on the floor.
- Focus on driving through your shoulders and upper chest.
