Close-Grip Smith Machine Press
How to do it
- Set up on a flat bench within the Smith machine.
- Grip the bar with hands shoulder-width apart or narrower.
- Unrack and lower the bar to your chest with elbows tucked.
- Press the bar back up to full lockout.
- Keep your shoulder blades retracted and depressed.
- Focus on squeezing your triceps at the top.
