EZ Bar Curl 21s
How to do it
- Stand holding an EZ bar with an underhand grip.
- Perform 7 reps from the bottom to the midpoint of the curl.
- Then perform 7 reps from the midpoint to the top.
- Finish with 7 full range of motion reps.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides throughout.
- Use a controlled tempo and avoid swinging.
