Bayesian Curl
How to do it
- Stand facing away from a low cable with a single handle.
- Let your arm extend behind your torso with your elbow behind your body.
- Curl the weight forward by flexing at the elbow.
- Squeeze your bicep hard at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower back to the stretched starting position.
- Keep your shoulder joint hyperextended throughout.
