Dumbbell Supinated Curl
How to do it
- Stand holding dumbbells with a fully supinated (palms up) grip.
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides.
- Curl the dumbbells up toward your shoulders.
- Squeeze your biceps hard at the top.
- Slowly lower back to full extension.
- Maintain the supinated wrist position throughout the entire rep.
