Machine High Row

How to do it

  1. Sit at a high row machine and adjust the chest pad.
  2. Grasp the handles with your chosen grip.
  3. Pull the handles toward your upper body.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with a full stretch.
  6. Keep your chest pressed against the pad throughout.
