Machine High Row
How to do it
- Sit at a high row machine and adjust the chest pad.
- Grasp the handles with your chosen grip.
- Pull the handles toward your upper body.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction.
- Slowly return to the starting position with a full stretch.
- Keep your chest pressed against the pad throughout.
