Burpee (Box Jump)
How to do it
- Stand facing a sturdy box or platform with feet shoulder width apart.
- Drop into a squat, place your hands on the floor, and kick your feet back into a plank.
- Perform a push-up or lower your chest toward the floor, then jump your feet back to your hands.
- Explode upward from the squat and jump both feet onto the box, landing softly with bent knees.
- Step or jump back down and reset immediately into the next repetition.
- Exhale on the jump up, keeping a steady cadence between phases.
