Wide Grip Pull-ups

How to do it

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Engage your core and pull your body up until your chin clears the bar.
  3. Focus on driving your elbows down and back.
  4. Lower yourself back down with control to a full hang.
  5. Avoid swinging or using momentum.
  6. Keep your shoulders engaged even at the bottom.
