Single-Leg Leg Extension

How to do it

  1. Sit in a leg extension machine and hook one leg under the pad.
  2. Start with your weaker leg first.
  3. Extend your leg fully by squeezing your quadriceps.
  4. Hold briefly at the top and squeeze.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
  6. Focus on controlling the weight with one leg at a time.
