Single-Leg Leg Extension
How to do it
- Sit in a leg extension machine and hook one leg under the pad.
- Start with your weaker leg first.
- Extend your leg fully by squeezing your quadriceps.
- Hold briefly at the top and squeeze.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Focus on controlling the weight with one leg at a time.
