Omni Grip Chest Supported Row

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the angled chest support pad, feet planted on the platform behind for stability.
  2. Grip the omni handles, which allow a neutral or angled hand position, with arms extended toward the floor.
  3. Pull both handles up and back toward the hips, driving the elbows past the ribs and working the back and biceps.
  4. Keep the chest pressed into the pad throughout so momentum from the lower body cannot assist the pull.
  5. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top of the row before reversing the movement.
  6. Lower the handles under control back to a full stretch, breathing out on the pull and in on the return, since letting the chest lift off the pad is the common fault to avoid.
