Leg Extension Machine
How to do it
- Sit on the leg extension machine with your back against the pad.
- Hook your ankles under the roller pad.
- Extend your legs until they are straight.
- Squeeze your quadriceps at the top.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Avoid using momentum.
