How to do it

  1. Begin with a light warm-up to prepare your muscles.
  2. Gradually increase your pace to the target intensity.
  3. Maintain proper running form with arms pumping naturally.
  4. Keep your core engaged and posture upright.
  5. Breathe rhythmically throughout.
  6. Cool down gradually at the end.
