Hip Flexor Stretch (Standing)
How to do it
- Stand tall and step one foot back into a long stance with both feet pointed forward.
- Bend the front knee while keeping the rear leg straight and the rear heel lifted.
- Tuck the pelvis slightly and squeeze the glute on the rear-leg side.
- Shift your weight forward until you feel a stretch along the front of the rear hip.
- Breathe steadily and hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Step back to standing with control and switch legs.
