Face Pulls

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope to a cable machine at upper chest height.
  2. Grip the rope and step back.
  3. Pull the rope toward your face, separating the ends as you pull.
  4. Squeeze your rear delts and upper back.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
  6. Keep your elbows high throughout.
