Constant-Tension Cable Row

How to do it

  1. Sit at a cable row station with your chosen handle attachment.
  2. Maintain constant tension by never letting the weight stack touch down.
  3. Pull the handle toward your midsection with a controlled tempo.
  4. Avoid fully extending your arms at the bottom.
  5. Focus on keeping your back muscles engaged throughout.
  6. Use a slow and controlled cadence for both phases.
