Constant-Tension Cable Row
How to do it
- Sit at a cable row station with your chosen handle attachment.
- Maintain constant tension by never letting the weight stack touch down.
- Pull the handle toward your midsection with a controlled tempo.
- Avoid fully extending your arms at the bottom.
- Focus on keeping your back muscles engaged throughout.
- Use a slow and controlled cadence for both phases.
