Cardio exercise
Versa Climber
How to do it
- Stand on the four independent pedals of the climbing machine and grip the moving handles at chest height.
- Push one foot down while pulling the opposite handle down, driving the movement through the quadriceps and shoulders in a cross pattern.
- Brace the core to keep the torso stable as the arms and legs move in opposite diagonals.
- Extend the reaching arm and leg fully on each stride without letting the hips twist side to side.
- Hold a tall posture over the pedals rather than hanging body weight on the handles for support.
- Hold a steady climbing cadence for the working duration, breathing in rhythm with the stride.
