Strength exercise
Kettlebell Clean (Double)
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, a kettlebell on the floor between the feet, and hinge down to grip both handles.
- Hike the kettlebells back slightly between the legs like a hike pass, keeping the back flat.
- Drive the hips forward explosively to extend the knees and hips, pulling both kettlebells upward close to the body.
- Guide the kettlebells around the wrists rather than banging them into the forearms, catching them at the shoulders.
- Receive both kettlebells in the rack position with elbows tucked and core braced, knees slightly bent.
- Lower the kettlebells back down along the same path under control before the next repetition.
