Toe Press
How to do it
- Sit in a leg press machine and position only the balls of your feet on the bottom edge of the platform.
- Release the safety catches and straighten your legs without locking your knees.
- Push through the balls of your feet to extend your ankles, pressing the platform away.
- Hold the top position briefly and squeeze the calves.
- Lower the platform back by dorsiflexing your ankles with control.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
