Neck Extension
How to do it
- Sit or stand with your head in a neutral position.
- Place your hands or a weight plate against the back of your head.
- Slowly extend your neck backward against resistance.
- Control the movement and avoid jerky motions.
- Return to the starting neutral position.
- Use light weight and high reps for neck training.
