Neck Extension

How to do it

  1. Sit or stand with your head in a neutral position.
  2. Place your hands or a weight plate against the back of your head.
  3. Slowly extend your neck backward against resistance.
  4. Control the movement and avoid jerky motions.
  5. Return to the starting neutral position.
  6. Use light weight and high reps for neck training.
